Booking Terms and Conditions

Interpretations: In the Terms and Conditions, the Booking Order and the Commitment Form together with the Circular annexed thereto, unless the context requires otherwise the following expressions shall have the following meanings respectively:

Expression	Meanings





“Company”	Means the Advertiser / Client / Agent / Production House, as the case may be, who shall be jointly and severally for their obligations, covenants or agreements under the Terms and Conditions;

“HK$”	Means the lawful currency of Hong Kong;

“Hong Kong”	Means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China; and

“Terms and Conditions”	Means the terms and conditions set out in the Booking Order, the Commitment Form together with the Circular annexed thereto, as may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time by HK ModelPlus Media Ltd.

Any Committed Amount shall be spent by the Company by converting into advertisement bookings of different options and packages as may be negotiated and agreed between HK ModelPlus Media Ltd and the Company.

All bookings are subject to a first-come-first-served basis and shall be non-cancellable by the Company. If the list of Artists / Models / Promoters is not available, HK ModelPlus Media Ltd shall provide more options with the same fee and Artists / Models / Promoters shall be manually agreed by both parties.

Payment of Accounts

Interest Charges: HK ModelPlus Media Ltd reserves the right to charge interest from the due date for payment to the actual date of payment at the rate of 2% per month.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions or any part hereof These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong from time to time in force.
